We manufacture a comprehensive array of Chairs. From our SOLID OAK Frame to our 1 inch or ¾ inch Metal Stack Chairs frames.
Our OAK Chairs are SOLID OAK - not ply bent. Our Metal Stack Chairs are HEAVY DUTY 16 gauge powder coated steel. Not 18 gauge as are most other chairs. Our bends are externally form bent. This gives a stronger more uniform wall thickness throughout the bend. The molecules of the steel remain constant through the entire diameter of the bend. The steel is not stretched “thin in the walls” as in a 18 gage mandrel bent chair. Our steel is heavy duty 16 gauge, not 18 gauge.
Our CHAIR Seats and BACKS are made with high density, California Fire Code compliant Polyurethanes. These poly’s are
chemically compounded to “remember” and return to their original shape. Our Backs and Seats are pressed in an upholstery die.
The seat and back edges are then HAND LASTED - like fine leather and shoe wear - there are no sewn joints in our seats which can
fail.
Our Seat and Back foundations are ply formed wood - not plastic. They are designed to far out-live plastic, which can become brittle.
Unlike plastic components, our seats and backs can be re-upholstered in later years. Our Chair Frames are warranted for 15 years. The upholstery of our HAND LASTED Seats and Backs is warranted for 10 years prorated. Vandalism and abuse is excluded. If one
of our chairs fails under normal use during the warranted period, return it to our factory for repair or replacement.
